Dear Ministry of Health,

I would like a copy of "The Gibbs Report" a report into our public
hospitals that was conducted by Alan Gibbs and is regarded as being
the basis of the 1991-96 health reforms.

I would also like a copy of the "The Mason Report" that was
conducted into our mental health system at the same time.
