Results of consultation on environmental reporting

Dear Ministry for the Environment,

In August 2011 MfE began public consultations on environmental reporting ("Measuring Up: Environmental Reporting – A Discussion Document" http://www.mfe.govt.nz/publications/ser/... ; see also Ministerial press release "Govt proposes new Environmental Reporting Act" on behive.govt.nz). I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* all documents related to the consultation, including summaries of submisisons, discussion documents, Miniterial briefings, and (if any) final recommendations;
* all submissions received.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
