Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,

Could you please advise what exotic forests that were owned by the Crown through the old NZ Forest Service on 31 March 1987 are still owned by the Crown as at 31 December 2012.

I would also like to know what firms are contracted to provide maintanance and harvesting services.

My request excludes:

1) Forests that are on Crown owned land but with cutting rights owned other companies.
2) Forests that are on iwi owned land
3) Forests that are on Crown land but with cutting rights owned by iwi
