Dear Zane,

The Official Information Act 1982 does not apply to the New Zealand Law
Society (Law Society). We have, however, provided our response to your
request below.

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal (NZLCDT) is
the body responsible for imposing orders striking lawyers off the role of
barristers and solicitors in New Zealand. The NZLCDT is wholly separate
from the Law Society and you are able to contact it directly for
information relating to lawyers who have been struck off since 2010. You
can navigate to its website and view copies of its annual reports through
the following link:

|The Lawyers & Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal's hears and |

|conveyancing professions. |

Lawyers can identify with more than one area of practice. We are not able
to confirm, of the lawyers struck off by the NZLCDT since 2010, the number
that worked solely in the Family Court. However, we can confirm that of
the 59 lawyers that have been struck off by the NZLCDT since 2010.
According to our records at least one matter had a link to a family law
issue.

Kind regards,
