Under the OIA:
1) How many KiwiBuild houses are available to be inhabited as at 9 am Monday 29 October 2018 (NZT), excluding those that might be available under the "buy off the plans" scheme?
2) How many KiwiBuild houses are available to be inhabited as at 9 am Monday 29 October 2018 (NZT) that have been purchased under the "buy off the plans" scheme?
3) As at 9 am Monday 29 October 2018 (NZT), how many people have indicated their interest to go into the lottery for a KiwiBuild house?
