Dear Inland Revenue Department,

I refer to the joint report between the Inland Revenue and the Treasury titled 'Tax policy report: Approving the new revenue strategy and tax policy work programme' dated 23 March 2018. (Link to the OIA pre-emptive release: https://treasury.govt.nz/sites/default/f...)

Paragraph 3 in the Executive Summary (page 1) refers to an 'Annex B', being 'a revised draft of a new tax policy work programme'.

Please confirm that:

1. 'Annex B' is a draft of the tax policy work programme as of 23 March 2018; and

2. Please provide 'Annex B' in a readable electronic format.
