Request of Draft Integrated Spatial Plan (Auckland to Hamilton Corridor) and Other Matters)

Ben Ross made this Official Information request to Phil Twyford

The request was successful.

From: Ben Ross

Dear Phil Twyford,

On September 4, 2018 the Auckland Council Planning Committee heard from their Officers on the latest update around the Hamilton to Auckland Corridor Plan including that a draft integrated spatial plan would be formed before being sent for refinement and testing with "Key Stakeholders." A presentation on the Hamilton to Auckland Corridor Plan was also given by myself in comment on the matter, both the officer and my own presentations can be seen here: https://voakl.net/2018/09/05/presentatio...

Thus my questions are the following:
1) Is the draft integrated spatial plan able to be released into the public domain given it is being sent to Key Stakeholders for refinement and that Key Point 7 states consultation could be done

2) Who is the Planning Advisor that was jointly appointed

3) Who is the Project Coordinator

4) Has the project commissioned external advice on any aspect of the Spatial Plan, if so what, why and who by?

5) What basis or foundational material was used to help establish the Hamilton to Auckland Corridor Plan?

I look forward to your reply

Yours faithfully,

Ben Ross
