Dear Ministry for Culture and Heritage,
I would like to know the total number of prosecutions made pursuant to the Protected Objects Act pre-2006 and subsequent to the 2006 amendment act.
I would also like to know the total number of prosecutions in the Northland region, pre-2006 and post 2006 amendment act, if possible.
Yours faithfully,
J Walpole

Dear Ministry for Culture and Heritage,
I am following up on my OIA from May 17th regarding the Total number of prosecutions under the Protected Objects Act. By law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by June 15, 2018. Could you please advise?
Yours faithfully,
J

MCH got in touch to say they haven't been receiving requests. I found in our mail logs that there was a period where FYI email to MCH was being bounced by their server. (Unfortunately this doesn't appear here on the website.)
I have re-sent the request to them now.
