With regard the TC Winston Recovery Repair and Reconstruction in Northern Lau Group, Fiji - Contract, please advise the name (or names) of the quantity surveyor(s) or cost consultant(s) that MWH (later Stantec,) employed to advise on all financial aspects of the contract, checking and agreeing costs for contractual variations, checking the contractors monthly claims for payment, etc. ?
Further, what were the qualifications and experience of the quantity surveyor(s) or cost consultant(s) employed?
