Dear Jacinda Ardern,

Many people in our community would like access to more information about Labour's Rainbow Policy, given its national significance.

Can you please;

1. Please confirm when the Labour Rainbow Policy (http://www.labour.org.nz/rainbow) be put fully into effect.

2. Please provide a timeline of each aspect of the policy.

3. Please provide copies of any significant reports produced by this project during the last 12 months.

4. Please provide copies of meeting agendas from the last twelve months.

5. Please confirm the best sources of publicly available information, including mailing lists and spokespeople etc.

6. Please confirm the current details of the project organisation including staff and community reps, meeting arrangements, terms of reference, reporting requirements etc.

If 20 working days is not reasonable to collate and decide on releasing the above, I would be happy to discuss refining the scope of my request.
