these payments were made through Disability Support Link Waikato District
Health Board

Specifically:

Between 7 February 2017 and 24 April 2017 inclusive.

Who are the people who were paid for end of life care for Helen MacKinlay.

The total amount each person was paid.

The days by date, that each person was paid.
