Seeking information about the following issues:

What advice has the minister been given on plans and protocols to detect the effectiveness or failure of Cylap to protect valuable pet and farmed rabbits?

What advice has the Minister been given on how pet rabbits will be protected should it be found that Cylap does not protect against the K5 Virus?

What advice has the minister been given on ensuring that the conditions in the delegated release V009646 are being independently monitored and followed? Such as removal of used bait by the following morning, Public notification of a release.

What advice has the minister been given on how a new vaccine will be sought and how containment of K5 will be attained should Cylap fail to provide 90% efficacy?

What advice has the minister received on the compensation of owners whose pets have died from the release of K5?
