I Wish to make an Official Information Act request re the Delegate’s Decision For granting the RHDV1 K5 application for registration under section 21 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (ref number V9646-01).

I Request all the applicant's application documents, and all evidence as to the efficacy of the Zoetis Cylap vaccine against the RHDV1 K5 virus.
