    Dear Department of Conservation,
I would like detail information on the following points:
1. Please confirm how many Kiwi have been bought in or bred at Pukaha and released into the Pukaha Forest or held in captivity since 2003.
2. Please confirm the current Kiwi numbers at Pukaha inside the Kiwi House, in fenced enclosures and in the Pukaha Forest.
3. Please explain why juvenile Kiwi are still released into Pukaha Forest when so many Kiwi have died!
4. How much money has been spent on the restoration project by Department of Conservation, the Pukaha Board, Wellington Regional Council & Horizons Regional Council since 2001?
5. Please let me know who I should request an official investigation into the Kiwi deaths at Pukaha.
