Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:
For 2015, 2016 and 2017, how many societies have been prosecuted under the
Inc. Societies Act 1908?
For each year, which sections of the Act were the prosecutions associated?
Please note that the days from 27 December 2017 to 15 January 2018
(inclusive) are defined as non- working days in the Act and are not
counted in the calculation for the response due date. This will affect the
time period for responding to your request.
