Please provide all records held by the Ministry about “New Evidence in the Peter Ellis case”, including deleted records and information held in the minds of officials.
Please send me all records held by the Ministry about Sir Thomas Thorp’s review of the Peter Ellis case, including all information or documents (eg, letter of instruction) supplied by officials to Sir Thomas. This request includes all communication between officials and Sir Thomas, and communication among officials about Sir Thomas’s review. Please note I do not require a copy of Sir Thomas’s report.
