Dear Ministry of Social Development,

I am in receipt of SPECIAL BENEFIT since before 2006 and continuing. I do not seek personal information, rather in general.

The media reorts the following:

"A Ministry of Social Development report has found 7148 people on Special Benefits have been underpaid by the Government since 2006, and they have known about it for two years. MSD have estimated the amount could be up to $9.5 million."

Request 1: Full copy of report MSD has had for two years.
Request 2: Who kew within MSD WINZ? Including top and down to frontline staff.
Request 3: What is being done to rectify the situation?
Request 4: Why have no clients been formally advised if MSD has known for two years?
Request 5: When are clients of Special Benefit affected to be individually formally advised?
Request 6: When are clients of Special Benefit not affected to be individually formally advised?
