I would like to request information please under the OIA the cost to prosecute by the Crown Law office for two trials and a pre trial hearing Cri 2014-027- 001355

Pre trial hearing date - 23rd July 2015 Auckland District Court

First trial date - Auckland District Court
R v Paul Spicer and Tonya Spicer commenced16th May 2016 and concluded 26Th May 2017 with no decision reached by a jury so discharged and a retrial set down.

Second trial date (retrial) Auckland District Court
R vs Paul Spice and Tonya Spicer commenced 23rd January 2017 and concluded 1st February 2017.

Dear Crown Law Office,

I have not received a response yet to my request to disclose the cost to prosecute myself and my husband Paul Spicer twice. Once in May 2016 and again in January 2017. Please can you advise asap as the time required to respond has lapsed from my initial request.
