Under the Official Information Act 1982, I am requesting all documents that the Victoria University of Wellington ("University") holds that discuss:

(1) the University's policies, obligations, responsibilities, and / or measures that the University undertakes, to ensure that changes to existing programmes and qualifications will not negatively impact existing students currently enrolled in those programmes and qualifications; and

(2) the University's policies, obligations, responsibilities, and / or measures that the University undertakes, to ensure that the requirements and assessment of any programme or qualifications are clearly communicated to both current and future students.

Dear Karen,

Thank you for the opportunity to refine my request.

Instead of selecting changes to specific programmes over the original three year period, could I please instead request the information set out in (1) as it relates to the following two specific changes (this should significantly limit the scope of my request):

1. Changes to the University's grading range (e.g., 85-100% previously was an A+, but following the change it was 90-100%) as set out on the following link http://www.victoria.ac.nz/students/study... and

2. Changes to the points structure (from 18 points to 15 points) and the corresponding change from in the Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, to a straight Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2008 / 2009.
