Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 31 May 2017 requesting CCTV
footage in respect of a crash that occurred at between 101 Hopetoun Street
and the corner of Hopetoun and Pitt Street.

 

Unfortunately, Auckland Transport does not have any CCTV cameras in that
area.  We are therefore unable to assist.  Your request is therefore
refused under Section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the footage requested does
not exist. 

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make a
complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and
review of the decision.
