Correspondence and tallies of applicants

Marine Rialland made this Official Information request to Minister of Immigration

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Minister of Immigration should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Marine Rialland

Dear Minister of Immigration,

I would like to request the following information:

All the data and email correspondence with immigration officers that dealt with those who applied for essential skills work visas using a contract for services (independent contractor agreement) rather than an employment agreement. I would also like a tally of how many of those were declined and how many of those were granted within the past 18 months from the date of this request.

Yours faithfully,

Jane Good Pen
