Dear Minister for Whānau Ora,
I am requesting under the Official Information Act the following:
Any presentation material, minutes and associated documents regarding the Whanau Ora planning workshop 'Puao Te Ata Tu', that was run by Minister Turia in 2012.
I am agreeable to paying any associated costs in regards to the administration of gathering the above material, if so required.

Official Information Act 1982 the following:
“Any presentation material, minutes and associated documents regarding the
Whanau Ora planning workshop 'Puao Te Ata Tu', that was run by Minister
Turia in 2012.”
While your request is to Minister Flavell, this letter serves as formal
notification that your request is being transferred to Te Puni Kōkiri for
a response as the information to which the request relates is not held by
my office but I believe it is held by Te Puni Kōkiri. This transfer is
being made under section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982.
