Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,

Under Subpart 6, Section 276, of the Food Act 2014, whereby food safety officers (FSOs [or any version/s of the word/words thereof]) are appointed to the position of FSO, please specify the following;

A list of any department/s, whether Governmental or State owned or operated, or any business/es or anything thereof (or the like thereof), taking into account no restrictions placed on anything preceding or following this part, in which FSOs have been appointed to, are currently appointed to, or are currently likely to be appointed to the position of a FSO (but not limited to any of the examples list above).
