Council noise enforcement records
J Coates made this Official Information request to Grey District Council
The request was successful.
From: J Coates
Dear Grey District Council,
I require a report from the Grey Disrict Council noise enforcement department on all call out responses to 236 Marsden Rd or 326 Marsden Road from 3 Oct 2015 to 28 Jan 2016 .
Press reporter J Carroll spoke with council CEO P Pretorius on Feb 24 2016 and was told by him that there had been a number of callouts to the above properties .He stated that the music was not excessive , but was being played very loudly from 7am to 7pm.
The information I am requesting should provide dates of each time noise control officers responded and the details for each occasion .This information should come from reports and official council records .I assume official reports were written about such visits .This is what I am interested in reading .
Yours faithfully,
J Coates
