Dear Department of Corrections,

 

On 21 July 2016, Rachael Leota provided a response to an OIA request into
the number of visits to all NZ prisons since July 2005, by month.

 

Please break this information down further. Please provide me with the
total number of visits per year (per month is not necessary) broken down
by each prison, since June 2005.

 

I understand that some prisons have opened and closed in that time and
that some data for some prisons will, therefore, only be available for
part of that time period.
