We request a list of all and every Operational Reports for the last ten years on MPI operations which have disclosed overfishing, dumping’s, and discard of both bi-catch and targeted fish species.

FAILURE TO RESPOND IN EXTENDED TIMEFRAME

We have requested an Official Info Request from your department.

We would like to point out that by law you were required to have responded promptly to our request for information, which you have failed to do.

It would appear that your department is deliberately postposing this request and not responding with the required information, and we believe that certain parts of the information will be particularly embarrassing and are likely to reveal the high levels of corruption and collusion with regards the business sector of the community.

Our information request has been dragged out for well over 40 days, which is an extraordinary long time given the relevant simple nature of the questions we have asked.
