I am interested in the number of temporary entry visas granted by Immigration New Zealand as exceptions to immigration instructions since the start of 2015.

I would like the following data:

1. The total number of temporary entry visas granted by Immigration New Zealand as an exception to immigration instructions since the start of 2015.

2. The percentage of all temporary entry Immigration decisions that were classed as exceptions to immigration instructions since the start of 2015.
