Dear Robinson, Louise,

2. Information regarding the 2011/12 DOC/RFA fatality is not required.
3. Information regarding the career fire fighter fatality in 2007/08 is not required.
4. Information regarding any fatality that occurred during training is not required.
Yours sincerely,
Bradley Berry

From: Morgan, Tracey
Dear Bradley,
Louise Robinson is currently on leave and I am responding on her behalf.
We have reviewed the relevant information held by the NZFS against the
criteria you have set out.
The only fatality that relates to a structure fire is the career fatility
that occurred in 2007/08. Your third criteria indicates that you do not
require information regarding this incident.
On that basis, it doesn’t look like we have any further relevant
information to provide. Can you please confirm whether we have
interpreted your criteria correctly?
Kind regards,
Tracey
