PSH Tiaki Net
1. We request all reports and documentation on the full involvement of MPI in the
PSH Tiaki Net programme?

2. We request all reports, documentation and audit reports on the full Capital investment by The Ministry?

3. We request all reports and documentation on what various fin fish species that will be targeted by PSH Tiaki net system?

4. We request all reports and documentation on the ability of the PSH net on the catching of those various species?

5. We request all reports and documentation on when the full operational use of the Tiaki PSH net come into effect?

6. We request all reports and documentation on what fishing vessels will it be used on
(name of vessel and MNZ number)?

7. We request all reports and documentation on what fishing companies will use it?

8. We request all reports and documentation on what fishing areas will the PSH net be used in?

9. We request all reports and documentation on the research and marketing of live fin fish anywhere in the world?

10. We request all reports and documentation related to the schedule or value of expected live finfish exports through the PSH Tiaki net system?

11. We request all reports and documentation on reports on the selectivity sampling and data collection protocols involving the testing of new catch limitation modules during
high density fishing conditions?

12. We request all reports and documentation on the standardizing of lift-bag on-board
handling system for inshore vessels.

13. We request all reports and documentation on MPI’s process of revising the regulatory framework with regard to PSH harvest systems with the goal of completing this review within 1 year.

14. We request all reports and documentation on the successful at-sea tests of the new fluid fish handling system.

15. We request all reports and documentation on the and test results of the fluid
handling prototypes.

16. We request all reports and documentation on the sustainability performance for the new MHS prototypes.

17. We request all reports and documentation on the different expectations between in-shore and offshore fisheries are being translated into the sustainability objectives for
each.

18. We request all reports and documentation on the rate of commercial (beta) testing is
picking up in frequency of trips and in the size and number of vessels being used for testing. The fastest increase being seen in factory trawler vessels and testing in deep water fisheries (eg hoki).

19. We request all reports and documentation on the continuing trend of improved product quality, yield and value gains being observed across the different fishing
operations that are using the MHS prototypes.

20. We request all reports and documentation on the impact of their shallow water
recreationally shared water space.
