Dear Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives,
I would like to know if it is possible to provide a link where I can download the Hansard speeches files by MP. I'm a PhD student at the University of Auckland involved in a project within one of the New Zealand's CoRE (Te Punaha Matatini). We aim to analyze speeches of all MPs from the 47 parliament onwards. Is it possible to get the xml or even the pdf files at once, without having to download them from the website?
