I note the recent request by Marama H A

For the avoidance of s12 doubt, I am a NZ citizen living in Wellington. Some of your staff and staff in your Ministers' offices know me and you're welcome to check with them.

I'd like to ask you, in relation to a the situation of a Secured Party Creditor who has registered collateral with the PPSR., What is the process to activate a Treasury Direct Account, or the New
Zealand equivalent?

I ask that you reply using the FYI site that I have used to make this request.
