Thank you for your follow up request relating to a previous Official
Information Act request, received by the Ministry of Health on 21 January
2016, requesting:

A follow up in response I received to a request made on October 17, 2015 -
reference: H20150 4928.

Michael Hundleby rejected the request for a copy of the particular
contract, citing s 9(2)(i) of the Official Information Act 1982.

Would the Ministry be able to explain in what way releasing the contract
would 'prejudice or disadvantage' commercial activities?

I would note that my initial request specified that no dollar values need
be included - and that a similar request made to the NZTA was successful
and a redacted version of a similarly tendered contract was made
available.
