From: Erika Whittome
Dear Ministry of Education,
There is a document from the MoE dated 5 Jan 2021 which on page 1 refers to
"Covid-19 Required Vaccinations Order" and
"The Covid-19 Public Health Response Order for Mandatory Vaccinations"
The 5 Jan 2021 MOE document is here https://web-assets.education.govt.nz/s3f...
I note the words "Required" and "Mandatory" in the referenced Orders above.
The 5 Jan 2021 document has a link to the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Amendment Order 2021 No3 , however the words "mandatory" and "required vaccinations" and "required" referring to vaccinations appear nowhere in this COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Amendment Order 2021 nor the principal order.
Would you please provide information on this 5 Jan 2021 MoE document about
1. which Order is the "Required Vaccinations Order", and
2. which Order is the "Public Health Response Order for Mandatory Vaccinations"?
Yours faithfully,
Erika Whittome
