Dear Tauranga City Council,

I see the council resolutions around the University of Waikato partnership
agreement have now been published on your website but the report on the
agreement and the agreement itself have not...are they able to be released
or provided to me under LGOIMA? From the published resolutions it seems
like they would be released after the agreement was signed with only the
financial contribution details to be redacted.
