From: AM
Kia ora University of Otago,
I request, under the Official Information Act 1982, the following information from the University of Otago, Faculty of Law regarding elective LAWS papers expected or confirmed to be offered in 2027:
1. The paper code; and
2. The paper name; and
3. The teaching period (For example, Summer School, Semester 1, Semester 2); and
4. Where available, the name(s) of the teaching staff allocated or expected to teach the paper.
For the avoidance of doubt, by "elective" LAWS papers I mean any LAWS papers at 300-level or above that are available as elective papers for LLB or LLB(Hons) students.
If any part of this information is not yet confirmed (such as the teaching staff or teaching period) please indicate this, for example by stating "unconfirmed". If the list of 2027 elective LAWS papers is not yet substantially known, I request that you please indicate the date at which this information will be available as well as when this information will be confirmed.
Yours faithfully,
AM
