Dear Info@Corrections,
Ahh, a Glomar response. And then you put the onus back on me to progress the issue. This is enough for anyone with sufficient critical thinking skills to conclude that these killings did happen.

You are the source of the information for the OIA request. Not me.
Proceed.

Dear Info@Corrections,
Thanks for the attached letter. But I am not falling for it. You stated:
"We can confirm that no media blackouts have occurred regarding any incidents at Rimutaka
Prison."
If you can confirm it, confirm it.
Yours sincerely,
cybercourtnz

Dear Department of Corrections,
In case you didn't notice, Jeremy, all you have done is provide a different type of Glomar response, wherein you "can confirm" but you don't confirm.
Proceed.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Department of Corrections,
Or perhaps you prefer to call it "media suppression" or "media bans"?
Proceed.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Info@Corrections,
Thanks for the reply. Who (or which agency) does suppress the media regarding incidents and events at Rimutaka Prison and/or other Corrections facilities and regions and areas, etc?
I am still alive, by the way. Despite more efforts.
Yours sincerely,
cybercourtnz
From: cybercourtnz
Dear Info@Corrections,
You have effectively acknowledged that an agency that is not Corrections has covered up a national tragedy, and details of a number of deaths at Rimutaka. And they covered up my survival of it.
You would never use those words. But it's there.
Yours sincerely,
cybercourtnz
From: cybercourtnz
Dear Info@Corrections,
I do wonder if Jeremy Lightfoot departed at a very convenient juncture as Luxon ensured a speedy foothold in MCERT for him.
And no wonder my MCERT involvement and contributions and job application and appointment for a CTO role are neither confirmed nor denied also.
Yet the foolish abuse and threats toward me continued.
Decency and honour dictates fairness and pace.
Does Corrections wish to comment? You are on speaker.
Yours sincerely,
cybercourtnz
