With regards to your request of 25 November 2015, about income and property manuals -it appears that due to an administrative error and the high volume of OIAs received around this period, your request was not actioned when it was first received. We apologise for the error and can advise that your request has now been assigned to an advisor and a response will be provided to you as soon as possible.

Since the same error occurred with your other request of the same date regarding Widow's Benefit and ACC claims, both requests will be responded to at the same time.

Dear Ministry of Social Development,
Thank you for your response to my previous OIA request. Your response however did not provide the Income & Property Manual used in conjunction with the guidelines that were previously requested.
1- Could any & all manuals associated with those Widows benefit qualifications also be provided for yrs. 1990-1995?
2- Also any Ministerial directives that the MSD was subject to for the same period regarding ACC claimants & the growing costs of the ACC scheme?
