Information Act 1982, the following:
Can you provide the number of New Zealand Citizen Endorsements issued in
2025, broken down by:
- the passport held; and
- whether the endorsement was issued as a physical label or
electronically?

later than 16/03/2026, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will

I’m writing to follow up on my previous email sent on 13th March 2026. It has been a week and I haven’t heard back from you yet.
I’m still waiting for the information in the following format:
Country, number of electronic labels issued (for this country), number of physical labels issued (for this country),

If I don't receive the information or at least an acknowledge and the new deadline by 27th March next Friday, I’ll have to escalate this to the Ombudsman to ensure the request is handled according to the OIA guidelines.
