Under the Official Information Act 1982, I respectfully request any documentation, tables, or internal references used by MPI that map offence codes to specific legislative provisions under the following regulations:

* Fisheries Act 1996
* Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986
* Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2017
* Fisheries (Infringement Offences) Regulations 2001

Specifically, I am seeking:

* Offence code or legislative reference tables used for enforcement, prosecution, or reporting purposes.
* Internal MPI or Justice sector mappings that link offence codes to regulation clauses.
* Any guidance documents or manuals used by MPI compliance officers or legal teams for interpreting and applying these codes.
