Request for data models used to calculate increases in earners' levy and annually prescribed maximum figures
Lance Watson made this Official Information request to Inland Revenue Department
Currently waiting for a response from Inland Revenue Department, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).
From: Lance Watson
Dear Inland Revenue Department,
I'm aware the ACC Earner's Levies and Maximum Prescribed amounts are set out in the Accident Compensation (Earners' Levy) Regulations released semi-regularly.
However I understand these increases are calculated based on either wage growth or Consumer Price Index.
Do you have these models/calculations available for distribution? I'd appreciate a copy of as many of these as you have available, preferably in excel form so that specific formulas can be viewed.
If possible from 1 April 1992 onwards, but otherwise whatever you may have on record.
Yours faithfully,
Lance Watson
