    Dear New Zealand Defence Force,
I understand from the 5 May 2015 minutes of the NZDIAC that the NZDF appointed an Industry Relationship manager.
Would you please advise:
--A job description for this position
--A list of meetings that the person in this role has had with members of the defence industry since coming into the role including the dates & company names.
--If the NZDF employs other people in this role
Yours faithfully,
Valerie Morse

    Dear New Zealand Defence Force,
Thank you for your response OIA-20015-2342 regarding your industry relationship manager.
I have asked you for a list of meetings by your industry relationship manager. Clearly, you understand that there is an "industry" since that is what you call the position. Since you are the Defence Force, that is by default the "Defence Industry" - and I feel it is tremendously disingenuous to suggest that there is some other meaning in some other context than the one we are in here.
In my letter, I asked for meetings with "members of the defence industry" - I did not say members of the NZDIA. Clearly, members of the defence industry are people who work for companies who provide goods and services to the Defence Force. It seems your response is an attempt to convolute the common understanding of my request in an attempt to avoid answering it.
To be absolutely clear, I want a list of meetings that your industry relationship manager has had with people who have provided, currently provide or who might provide goods and services to the NZDF, including who the meeting was with and the date of the meeting.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Valerie Morse
