I am writing to formally request access to the following documentation relating to caving trips conducted by the school over the past seven years:

All RAMS (Risk Assessment and Management System) documentation associated with these caving trips.

All versions of the EOTC Management Procedures (current and former) that have been in effect during this period.

All incident and near-miss reports connected to caving activities, including any investigations, findings, and subsequent actions.

All review and audit reports pertaining to EOTC procedures, with particular attention to those addressing caving activities and weather-related risk management.

All emergency response plans and records of drills conducted for outdoor activities involving caves.

Minutes or reports from any relevant Health and Safety or Board of Trustees meetings where EOTC or caving risk management was discussed, including in-committee minutes.
