* Please would you provide information on DHB worker deaths that
occurred at DHB workplaces.
Please share the total number of DHB worker deaths at the DHB
workplaces from the year 2021 onwards.
In these figures, please would you include a breakdown by DHB region
for these numbers.
 

Your request asks for information which is more closely aligned with the
functions of WorkSafe. 
For this reason, Health New Zealand has decided to transfer your request
in full to WorkSafe under section 14(b)(ii) of the Official Information
Act (OIA).
You can expect a response from WorkSafe in due course.
 
Under section 28(3) of the OIA you have the right to ask the Ombudsman
to review any decisions made under this request.
