The Information and Records Management (IRM) team are currently working on
your OIA requests. We note that these requests are resource intensive. We
would therefore like to check your eligibility to make an OIA request.  

 

Section 12(1) of the OIA defines those who are entitled to make a request
under OIA as:

 

•              a New Zealand citizen;

•              a permanent resident of New Zealand;

•              a person who is in New Zealand;

•              a body corporate (i.e, company or incorporated society)
which is incorporated in New Zealand; or

•              a body corporate which has a place of business in New
Zealand.

With regards to the timeframes, the University changed its Research
