Dear Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand, A complaint was lodged about the conduct of the teacher ABRAHAM in December 2024.

I request all the grounds, decision, minutes, memos and correspondence that took place for the Committee to come up with a view that, "in the circumstances, this matter does not warrant a referral to a further disciplinary process" . This view of the Teaching Council is dated 21 May 2025. Under the Act, I request all these documents not limited to SMSs, whatsapp, and other means of electronic communication.
