1: Please provide details of hardship assistance payments made yearly from year end June 2007/2008 to year end June 2015.

Please include details of the numbers of all payment under these schemes:
- Special Needs Grants (non-recoverable)
- Special Needs Grants (recoverable)
- Recoverable Assistance Programme
- Benefit Advances

2: Please also provide the monetary value of payments (summarised annually) as per above.

3: Please also provide details of the number of payments annually as per the time-frame above made under the Recoverable Assistance Programme broken down as per the following sections of the Programme:

11.1 Dentures, Spectacles etc., and Hearing Aids
11.2. School Uniforms
11.3. Child Restraints and Safety Helmets
11.4. School and Education
11.5. Attendance at Funerals and Tangihanga
11.6. Loss of Property from Fire or Burglary
11.7. Telephone Installation
11.8. Clothing
11.9. Emergency Household Needs
11.10. Car Repairs
11.11. Travel for stranded persons
