For the last 5 years, or since National has been the Minister in charge of ACC, can you tell me:
1. What percentage of initial shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code S50.. , are accepted?
2. What percentage of initial low back injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code S572 are accepted?
3. What percentage of initial neck injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code S570, are accepted?
4. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code S504, are accepted?
5. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code S507, are accepted?
6. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code S5Q2, are accepted?
7. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code N2114, are accepted?
8. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code N2115, are accepted?
9. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code N2110, are accepted?
10. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code N211., are accepted?
11. What percentage of initial injury shoulder injury claims, bearing the diagnosis read code S503, are accepted?
Then please answer the same questions for the Labour government for the previous years, under the Helen Clark administration of these same injuries and read codes.

Then please answer the same questions for the Labour government for the

ACC is working on your request and will be in touch with you as soon as
