Elective LAWS Papers Offered in 2026

Dear University of Otago,
I set out below several requests relating to which elective (300-level and 400-level) LAWS papers will be offered by the University of Otago in 2026, and when this information is expected to be confirmed (if not already.)
1. I request which LAWS 300-level and 400-level papers have been confirmed to be offered in 2026.
2. I request any preliminary list or internal planning documents indicating which LAWS 300-level and 400-level papers are expected or planned to be offered in 2026.
3. I request copies of any documents, including (but not limited to) internal memos, meeting minutes, and preliminary plans that discuss which LAWS 300-level and LAWS 400-level papers are expected to be offered in 2026.
4. I request any information indicating when the University intends to confirm and publish the LAWS 300-level and LAWS 400-level papers offered in 2026, including any internal planning timelines or estimated release dates.
5. I request specifically whether EACH of the six following LAWS papers will be offered in 2026:
5.1. "LAWS430: Advanced Criminal Law"; and
5.2. "LAWS410: Criminology"; and
5.3. "LAWS417: Criminal Justice"; and
5.4. "LAWS449: Criminal Procedure"; and
5.5. "LAWS458: Sentencing"; and
5.6. "LAWS432: Animals and the Law".
