Dear Chris Baylis,
Thanks for your message. In my original request to you, I linked to a document released by MfE regarding projects that had been considered for fast track schedule 2. Bioplant is listed on this document as having been referred by the Minister of Forestry, eg your Minister. I am aware that the project was not ultimately listed. My request is for all information relating to Bioplant and this process. That would include any materials provided by the company, any recommendations or other information created by the Ministry, meetings or interactions with the company etc.
