Dear University of Otago,
I am writing to request the following information on entry into the BDS programme for 2025;
1. The minimum and median grade average to secure a place on the waitlist
2. The number of waitlist spots granted
3. The number of those granted entry into the 2025 BDS programme from the waitlist
3. The distribution of grade averages for those to secure a place in the BDS 2025 programme from the waitlist (to the nearest 1/7th increment**).
**“to the nearest 1/7th increment” requests that no candidates with distinguishable unrounded averages are reported in the same bracket. For example, a candidate with 626/7 = 89.43 and another with 627/7 = 89.57 shall be distinguishable. Please report at the decimal accuracy that programs consider.
